Sponsorship Request Process

As you know finding sponsors to support your organization or event can be a challenge and quite frustrating. Thank you for trusting Shindio to help in this search. While we make no guarantees, we have a wonderful network of sponsors to work with.

Requirements

Here are a few things you will need to both qualify and complete your sponsorship request.

  1. Lead Time – Your event or need for funding will need to be a minimum of 90 days out from the time you request sponsorship. This gives our sponsors sufficient time to respond. Many of our sponsors will require much longer. Lead times of 6 to 12 months are not uncommon.
  2. EIN/Tax ID – If you are a for-profit organization or a registered non-profit 501.c3 organization, you will need to have your EIN or Tax ID available when you register. This may not be required for other organization types.
  3. Sponsor Deck – You will need to upload a digital copy of your Sponsor Deck when you register. This can be either as a PDF or a Microsoft Word Document. Other formats are not recommended.

Steps

The sponsorship request process steps are as follows:

  1. Sponsorship Agreement – This will need to be reviewed and accepted to proceed.
  2. Registration Form – This form provides us with the information we need to make the magic work.
  3. Sponsor Deck – You will need to upload your sponsor deck.
